Study of charge, energy and spin transfer in hybrid organic nano particles layers aiming to achieve room temperature quantum devices
Mixing top bottom approach (device fabrication) with bottom up approach (quantum properties). 300K nano quantum detector was fabricated and was shown to be efficient. We are now able to realize room temperature spin based memory using chiral molecules as spin filters.
